Neck dates to '75.īody: Solid poplar body with the finish stripped off. Nickel open-back tuners are in perfect working condition. Frets are in great shape with practically no wear. Dark rosewood fingerboard with mother of pearl dot inlays. Neck: Nicely rounded maple neck with black side-dots. Overall the bass has a great look to it with a nice patina. The finish has been completely stripped off the body. Despite the stripped finish, the bass has a cool vintage vibe to it & is a wonderful player!Ĭosmetic Condition: Various nicks, chips, dents & dings surface scratches & some finish wear. The neck is straight & very comfortable to play up & down the fretboard. The original, anemic sounding pickup was replaced with a Wizard, which has a much more dynamic voice to it. What makes this bass special: A really cool player's grade Musicmaster Bass with great tone & feel.
